We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Management Information Systems (MIS) and Data Systems function. As the Director of MIS and Data Systems, you will be responsible for maintaining the student record database, providing reporting suites, and overseeing the Individual Learner Record (ILR), Admissions, Exams, Reception, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the MIS and Data Systems function, ensuring the effective management of student records, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality, accuracy, and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of teams, including Management Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Admissions, Exams, and Computer Services.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level or relevant industry experience.
  • Significant experience of Further Education funding and rules, and Individual Learner Record (ILR).
  • Experience of complex management information systems and corporate reporting.
