Join be:technology as we seek an exceptional Head of Data to drive our data and technology strategies forward. This is a pivotal role that will oversee a wide range of data and information services, leading teams across Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Intelligence, Admissions, Exams, and IT Services.
The RoleWe are looking for a senior leader with a strong background in complex management information systems, corporate reporting, and data governance. You will be responsible for maintaining critical databases, providing high-quality data reporting, and overseeing admissions and exams functions. Additionally, you will manage IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and networks for both operational and learning environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead teams across MIS, Business Intelligence, Admissions, Exams, and IT Services
- Maintain critical databases and provide high-quality data reporting
- Oversee admissions and exams functions
- Manage IT operations, including hardware, software, and network maintenance
- Education to degree level or significant industry experience
- Experience with complex management information systems, corporate reporting, and data governance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
