Women Rehabilitation Specialist

Cygnet Health Care is recruiting a dedicated and caring Support Worker/Driver to join our team at Cygnet Alders Clinic in Gloucester. As a Support Worker/Driver, you will be responsible for driving the hospital minibus to transport Service Users on community visits, appointments, home visits, and other destinations.
In addition to driving duties, you will work as part of the nursing team on the wards, providing physical and emotional support to individuals with specific needs. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting on medical and welfare needs as required, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for all.
To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about empowering and supporting service user independence, possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills, and demonstrating sensitivity and intuition when working with individuals who require tailored support.
