Job Title: Senior Chef De Partie

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef De Partie to join our team at a busy daytime fresh food Cafe/restaurant near Guildford, Surrey. As a Senior Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the kitchen team to ensure daily and weekly prep is completed
* Cook from scratch with fresh ingredients and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety systems
* Work with the team to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation
* Collaborate with the kitchen team and front of house staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

* At least 4 years of kitchen experience with strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills
* Great work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine passion for food and consistently high standards
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
* Strong team-player with ability to follow instructions

Working Hours:

* 40 hours per week
* 5 days out of 7
* Daytimes - Working hours are between 8am-4pm
