We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger professional to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited.
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly audit reports and contributing to accurate cashflow forecasting.
You will be the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries, matching, checking and coding invoices on Sage 50, making payments via BACs, processing staff expenses, setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details, and reconciling supplier statements.
What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in Accounts Payable.
What You'll Get in ReturnIn return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,000, which may be negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
You will also enjoy a 5-day office-based working week, with regular working hours of 9.30am to 5.30pm.
