Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our division of Planned Care, you will provide clinical leadership to the Community Mental Health Team, covering patients living in Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, appraise, and provide professional supervision to junior medical staff, ensuring they operate within the parameters of the New Deal and are Working Time Directive compliant.
- Undertake administrative duties associated with patient care, including recording clinical activity accurately and comprehensively.
- Participate in service and business planning activities for the locality and the whole mental health service.
- Attend and participate in the academic program of the Trust and the team, including lectures and seminars as part of the internal CPD program.
