We are seeking a Governance Officer to join our team at the University of Lincoln. As a key member of the Governance Team, you will provide support to the Executive Manager to the Vice Chancellor's Office in delivering an efficient and effective service to the Vice Chancellor, the VCO Senior Team, and the Board of Governors.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of senior University committees, boards, and project groups.
- Provide guidance and advice on governance principles, decision-making, and relevant frameworks to colleagues across the University and external representatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for University committees, particularly members of the Board of Governors, SLT, and Committee Chairs.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of governance principles, decision-making, and relevant frameworks. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
