About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team as the Head of Sales for the Hosted Travel Portfolio (ILTM, IGTM & IBTM). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales teams and managing key accounts to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts and develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of sales initiatives.
  • Set and manage delivery against targets for the sales teams.
  • Create and implement sales plans for the portfolio, identifying development areas and new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of sales initiatives.
  • Support and promote sales performance excellence across the portfolio through coaching, training, and sales system usage.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reports for the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Be an enthusiastic and driven sales professional with extensive sales experience as an established sales leader.
  • Have a deep understanding of the luxury and/or travel industry, with experience in value-based selling techniques and sales systems.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to a wide audience.
  • Use your own judgment and initiative to successfully exceed business objectives.
  • Be empathetic and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context.
  • Be comfortable entertaining and networking with large groups of senior decision-makers.
  • Be able to travel as needed to attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
