Contracts Manager Job Description

PSR Solutions is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Residential groundworks projects across the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site programmes to ensure project duration, scope of works, and time scales are met.
  • Attend site meetings with clients and sub-contractors, and maintain accurate records of discussions.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases, and sub-contractor budgets.
  • Assist the Commercial team in preparing final accounts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing Residential Groundworks projects.
  • Up-to-date qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.).
  • Knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations.
  • Full UK valid driving licence.
