Assistant Shop Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at Hotel Chocolat Group plc. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our customers.
