We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to fill the role of Deputy Shop Manager, working 30 hours per week in our Llanelli store.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about retail to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the team and achieving sales targets
  • Ensure the store is well-organized and merchandise is displayed effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Assist with stock management and inventory control

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures
