Weekly Hours: 30 hours (4 days)

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Shop Manager to join our team at Ty Hafan. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop, including managing stock, handling customer queries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a high level of stock control
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of retail systems
