The role demands a dedicated and caring individual who will be patient and take time to understand the specific needs of the SEN child. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, receiving specialist and expert support and training that will be vital for your personal development.

A fulfilling SEN Teaching Assistant role has become available to provide invaluable experience for future careers in psychology, therapy, counseling, and Special Educational Needs Coordination (SENCO). As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the chance to observe, work alongside, and collaborate with speech and language therapists, educational psychologists, occupational therapists, and teachers with SEN specialisms.

This is a tremendous opportunity for obtaining experience within the Special Needs and Mental Health sector. You will be working on a long-term basis with the child, ensuring a stable and supportive environment for their growth and development.
