Our specialist school in Swindon provides a unique and supportive learning environment that caters to the needs of students with special educational needs. Our Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a smooth transition between lessons and activities. The role involves helping students understand and manage their emotions and behaviours, as well as supporting their academic progress.

  • Support students with special educational needs in the classroom and beyond
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement behaviour plans

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £80-£90 per day, making this an attractive opportunity for graduates or experienced teaching assistants looking to develop their skills in Special Educational Needs and Behaviour.
