About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our care homes, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage the cleaning rota and coordinate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns with kindness and empathy.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to identify and address any issues or concerns related to the environment or resident well-being.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and the ability to recognise and report any concerns or incidents.
