Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a professional Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Hawkesbury Place in Stow-on-the-Wold, Oxfordshire. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help with shopping and other domestic tasks.
We are looking for a warm, friendly individual with a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people. You will have a willingness to learn and develop your skills in a supportive team environment.
Previous experience in a care or support environment is desirable, but not essential. You will be driven to deliver excellent customer service and have a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
