Key Responsibilities
- Manage the cleaning rota to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain the highest standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service
- Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to ensure their needs are met
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or concerns
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a care or healthcare setting
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
