About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team at Mental Health Matters. As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality, recovery-focused service to individuals with mental health needs, including those with autistic traits, learning disabilities, physical health issues, and substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support and facilitate group-based activities to promote independence and social inclusion.
  • Work closely with mental health primary and secondary care, emergency services, and partner agencies to ensure holistic support.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet individual needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery and effective communication.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a passion for mental health support and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. You will have:

  • Experience working with mental health and complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • A willingness to develop further and adapt to changing needs.
