People and Culture Operations Specialist

Morgan Law is seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Operations Specialist to lead the optimisation of its HR processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success by streamlining HR operations and enhancing employee experience.

This is a full-time position (5 days per week) with a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 per year (FTE), dependent on experience. The successful candidate will be expected to travel into the City of London office at least 2 days a week as part of a hybrid working arrangement.

You will report directly to the Chief People Officer and collaborate closely with the Director of People and Culture, the People and Culture Manager, and the People and Culture Administrator. Key responsibilities will include:

  • ensuring the integrity of employee data, including compilation and preparation of regular reports and metrics
  • supporting the P&C Administrator with payroll-related tasks, such as parental leave, annual leave, and sickness cover
  • partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment approaches and attract high-quality candidates
