About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care for service users. This key role involves managing staff planning, medication processes, and contributing to care plans and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support staff to deliver exceptional care services
  • Manage daily operations, including staff planning and medication processes
  • Contribute to care plans and quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide management cover when needed and maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Identify training needs and assist with health and safety

Requirements:

  • Relevant SVQ level 3 qualification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Christian faith and ability to uphold CrossReach's Christian ethos
  • Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and SSSC registration
