- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and Creativity: Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in working with customers and their families to meet their unique needs.
- Personal Care Experience: Ideally have experience in personal care, although this is not essential.
- Teamwork and Pressure Management: Be able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
- Flexibility and Availability: Be flexible to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota when required.
