About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bar Team Member at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House.

As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience in our bar and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and maximize sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with pricing and promotions to provide advice to guests and drive sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
