Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Senior Associate to join our Prudential Risk team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the robustness and effectiveness of our risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solvency Assessments: Develop and maintain solvency assessments and conduct dividend reviews for the Group and individual entities.
- Recovery & Resolution Plans: Create and maintain Group and entity-level Recovery & Resolution plans.
- Risk Reporting: Deliver effective risk reporting to Executive forums and legal entity boards.
- Risk Awareness: Enhance risk awareness and culture, providing challenge and support to Senior Managers and Risk Owners.
- Operational Risk Assessments: Conduct Operational Risk Assessments and reverse stress tests.
- Risk Input: Provide risk input to support external reporting.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in risk management, prudential regulation, and operational risk assessment. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to provide challenge and support to Senior Managers and Risk Owners.
