We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team at our Windsor location. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our Italian dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of waiting staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
