As a Production Scientist at SRG, you will oversee and maintain manufacturing processes, including raw material receipt and quality control. You will manufacture a diverse range of reagents for R&D and external studies, design and conduct stability trials and quality control tests, and collaborate with R&D teams to transfer projects from development to manufacturing.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field is required. You should have proven experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, preferably within a science-based company. Proficiency in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate records is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions are also required. Self-motivated and capable of working independently, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Quality Management Systems and adherence to standards like ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 is desirable. Prior experience in manufacturing or dispensing processes is also beneficial. Familiarity with quality control testing methods is a plus.
