About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multi-professional workforce, you will play a vital role in providing psychological therapy to individuals with common mental health conditions within a Primary Care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of clients referred to the service and develop tailored treatment plans based on sound theoretical knowledge and good practice.
  • Deliver high-intensity CBT interventions, including individual and group-based therapy, to clients with depression, anxiety disorders, and other common mental health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the development of innovative therapeutic approaches.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in providing high-intensity CBT therapy, preferably in a Primary Care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CBT principles and advanced therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
