">We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team as an Administrative Support Manager. In this integral role, you will be working closely with all areas of the business, including suppliers and customers. As part of our highly successful family business, you will have a positive attitude and be confident using MS Office systems.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Process customer orders via purchase orders, email, and phone calls into the system.
- Build strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and records.
- Verify orders and data for accuracy.
- Produce delivery labels and update price lists.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
Ideal Experience
">- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or equivalent.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Confident written and verbal client communication.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines.
