Job Title: Construction / Trades Supervisor

Reactive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction / Trades Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve construction efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a construction supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • IT skills, including proficiency in construction software and tools.
