Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at VanRath. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and sub-contractors, and ensuring that all contract work is compliant with client requirements and internal targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate operations and manage direct labour and sub-contractors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects
- Ensure all contract work is compliant with client requirements and internal targets
- Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety standards and protocols are maintained on site
- Liaise with and manage sub-contractor relations to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Monitor and report on job numbers and progress, and request necessary variations or extensions in a timely manner
- Provide leadership and direction to the operation teams within the depot, driving accountability and ensuring people process adherence at all times
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably in a Foreman/Supervisor role
- Hold a valid UK Driver's Licence and a CSR Card
- High level of experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services
- Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, with a strong understanding of operating costs and productivity levels
