About the Role

We are looking for a talented Software Developer to join our team at McLaren Racing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications to support our racing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing software applications to meet the needs of our racing team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software applications meet requirements.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing software systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in software development.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, and Java.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year.
