About the Role

We are seeking a talented CX Strategist to join our team at Havas Lynx Group. As a CX Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the experience strategy for our clients and brand audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the CX journey and identify priority touchpoints to be optimized.
  • Advocate for brands and develop compelling advice on how to mitigate challenges in the landscape.
  • Recognize the wider brand architecture and ecosystems within which brands operate.
  • Continuously be the voice of the HCP and patient, ensuring the brand remains congruous and compelling in all situations.

Requirements

  • Robust knowledge and demonstrated practical application of all aspects of experience planning, delivery, and effectiveness.
  • Full competence in the Havas Lynx CX strategic tool set.
  • Competent understanding of brand foundations and exposure to upstream strategic thinking that creates brands and experiences.
  • Deep understanding of critical insights relevant to strategic, scientific, and creative decision-making on brand experiences.
  • Emerging skills in using data to inform marketing decisions.
