Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our store management team as a Store Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our Store and Assistant Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our store processes and procedures.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, promoting a positive store environment, and contributing to a culture built on trust and respect. You will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your work, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support to Store and Assistant Managers
- Supervise store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage shifts, delegate tasks, and coach colleagues
- Monitor store standards, availability levels, and customer satisfaction
- Deal with deliveries, cash handling, and security procedures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Plan and organize yourself and others to achieve store goals
You will need to be flexible with your working hours, with shift lengths ranging from 4-8 hours and a requirement to work one weekend day per week. Overtime may be available, subject to business needs and trading conditions.
