As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role within our store management team, offering daily assistance to our Store and Assistant Managers while overseeing the store's operational processes and protocols.

Your typical day may involve opening or closing the store, managing employee shifts, assigning tasks, coaching team members, and ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our customers, all while fostering a fun atmosphere.

You will create a welcoming store environment and contribute to a culture grounded in trust and respect. You will be empowered to provide the best possible service and experience for both customers and colleagues.
