Job Title: Quantitative Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Expert to join our team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in implementing, controlling, and reporting development/build-related expenditure.

You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver commercial objectives, develop relationships with subcontractors, housing associations, and external partners, and contribute to site start success by assisting in determining and agreeing on site start programs and commercial matters for developments.

In this dynamic environment, you will engage in site visits to current, new, and potential sites to see the vision come to life.

We are looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, financially savvy, team-focused, and knowledgeable in regulations.
