Residential Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at the Contextual Safeguarding Home in Leicestershire. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
About the Role:- Support the Registered Manager in the management of the home, including staff supervision and training.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our young people.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home is run in accordance with OFSTED regulations and quality standards.
- Provide support and guidance to staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support to our young people.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans for our young people.
- You will have a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare and/or be working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.
- You will have at least 1 year's experience in a supervisory role in a children's residential setting.
- You will have knowledge and experience of working with OFSTED regulations and quality standards.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, young people, and external agencies.
