Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team at HCA Healthcare UK. As a PET-CT and CT Radiographer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform PET-CT and CT procedures to a high standard, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Prioritize patients to optimize efficiency and service quality.
  • Assist with training of new staff members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Comply with legislative and hospital policies to ensure patient safety, particularly in Radiation Protection and Infection Control.
  • Support departmental audits in accordance with clinical governance policies.
  • Ensure quality assurance of equipment, reporting faults and implementing corrective action as needed.
  • Work independently, seeking advice from the superintendent or medical staff when required.
  • Assist with policy implementation and monitor its effectiveness within the department.
Requirements
  • BSc in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
  • Senior-level experience with comprehensive post-qualification work experience in PET-CT.
  • Previous experience working in Nuclear Medicine is desirable.
