Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team at HCA Healthcare UK. As a Clinical Specialist Radiographer - PET-CT & CT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of PET-CT and CT procedures to a high standard, prioritizing patients to ensure optimum efficiency and service quality.
  • Assist with the training of new staff, ensuring they receive comprehensive guidance and support.
  • Comply with legislative and hospital policies & procedures to ensure patient safety, particularly in Radiation Protection and Infection Control.
  • Support departmental audits in accordance with clinical governance policies, ensuring quality assurance of equipment is carried out in line with departmental policy.
  • Work unsupervised, seeking advice from the superintendent or medical staff when required, and assist with the implementation of new policies within the department.
Requirements
  • BSc in Radiography or equivalent.
  • Previous senior-level experience with comprehensive post-qualification work experience in PET/CT.
  • Previous experience working in Nuclear Medicine is desirable.
