Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and fast-paced team as a Senior Medical Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Practice's patient list, processing requests for appointments, and providing administrative support to the clinical team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Practice's patient list, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date information
- Processing personal and telephone requests for appointments, visits, and consultations
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team, including secretarial and clerical duties
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals. Experience of using Emis database is also required.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
