Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalized accommodation plans to meet their specific needs.
- Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation, and need to ensure effective support.
- Record progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner using our case management system.
- Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns to ensure their well-being.
- Experience or knowledge of accommodation, including legislation, is desirable.
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people from various backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines to ensure efficient service delivery.
- A competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, 2 volunteer days, pension, healthcare cash plan, and annual salary review.
