About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Thameside in West Molesey. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and providing sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of our residents' lives.

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to our residents
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Preparing and serving meals
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach to working with older adults
