About the Role

We're seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team at Willowmead in Surrey. As a Bank Support Worker, you'll have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at times that suit you. You'll be supporting our clients with daily activities, ensuring their care plans are established, and providing personal care and medication administration as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting clients with daily activities, such as personal care and medication administration
  • Ensuring clients feel safe and stable in their daily care
  • Supporting clients' care plans to establish routine
  • Working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support

What You'll Need

  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
