Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Willowmead Service in Surrey. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and maintaining a high standard of physical and mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily activities, including personal care and medication administration.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to establish and maintain client care plans.
  • Ensure clients feel safe and stable within their day-to-day care.
  • Provide administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations.
