Mechanical/Electrical Bias Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer with a mechanical/electrical bias to join our team at Mercury Hampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our packaging partner in the North of England.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and mechanical engineering, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. They will work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient operation of production lines.
About the Role:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on production lines
- Resolve technical issues and provide technical support
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 + bonus
- Overtime at 1.5 times the normal rate
- A vehicle provided for business use
Location:
The successful candidate will be based in the North of England, covering the area around the client's site. Regular travel may be required to other locations within the region.
Estimated Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
