We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cambridge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation.
- Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
