Job Description
Mechanical and Electrical Technician sought by Mercury Hampton to provide expert technical support in the North of England. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our production lines.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, investigating and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine maintenance and repair of production line equipment
- Identification and resolution of technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaboration with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a field service or maintenance role
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
