Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional

Location: Burnley, Lancashire

Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support our Healthcare Team in delivering wellbeing and harm reduction interventions. As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will be fully trained to assist with assessment, basic observations, home visits/outreach, and supporting individuals with alcohol detoxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Healthcare Team in delivering wellbeing and harm reduction interventions
  • Assist with assessment, basic observations, home visits/outreach
  • Support individuals with alcohol detoxes

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
