Requirements: No social care experience is required, but a caring attitude and compassion are essential. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to undergo training and development opportunities.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including paid training, competitive salaries, and the opportunity to work for a company that values its staff.
