Requirements
  • No prior experience in social care is required; we are looking for individuals who are compassionate, empathetic, and willing to learn
  • Resilience and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
