Job Description: Care Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Member to join our team at Canford Healthcare Ltd. As a Care Team Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centred care and promoting resident independence
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent care outcomes
- Contributing to resident care plans and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:
- Level 2/3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
