Deliver Exceptional Executive Education Programmes

As a Programme Manager in Executive Education at Imperial College London, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for senior clients and faculty. Your responsibilities will include overseeing logistics, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire programme lifecycle, from coordinating pre-programme logistics to overseeing programme delivery both on-site and internationally.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for all participants, resolving issues swiftly, and maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every programme runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Be positive, energetic, and self-motivated, thriving in a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
  • Be committed to providing excellent customer service and excel at building strong relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders across the Business School and Imperial College.
  • Have proven programme management experience, with a focus on customer experience and project management, ideally in a professional service or event environment.
  • Hold a good undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess strong business writing skills and relationship development abilities.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
